YOUR FIRST VISIT Our objective is to make sure your visit with us will be pleasant and informative. Our receptionist or our treatment coordinator will greet you and check your health questionnaire and insurance information you have brought with you if you have not given the information already. Then you will be escorted to our consultation room by our treatment coordinator.
Your first visit includes:
- Digital computer images of your face and teeth.
- An examination of your teeth and bite by Dr. Ince.
- Treatment plan and recommendations.
When you leave the office you should learn:
- If patient is ready for treatment.
- An estimate of how long treatment would take.
- What specifically would be involved in the orthodontic treatment.
- Treatment cost and payment options.
We will also provide a copy of computer images, a treatment plan summary letter and copy of the financial arrangements so you can communicate to family members that were unable to attend the visit.
