We offer interest free financial payment plans and family discounts.
Our office accepts payment in cash, personnel checks, money orders as well as Visa, Master or Discover Card. Our treatment coordinators will discuss payment options details at your first office visit.
We will be happy to file insurance claims promptly for you once treatment begins. To help us with your insurance filing, please fill out the insurance questions on our questionnaire as completely as possible. However, you are responsible for any unpaid insurance balances.
Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. However, over the course of the treatment, your benefits can change or even be eliminated. The financially responsible party is ultimately responsible for all charges.
